Arequipa city is located in the south of Perú, 1009 km far from Lima and 2335 meters above the sea level, at the skirts of the western Andes range, at the foot of the volcanoes Chachani (6075 m.), Pichu Pichu (5554 m.) and Misti (5825m.).
